私も新Starterプランで「期間」を使用できませんでした。  
[ヘルプセンターの記事](https://help.asana.com/hc/ja/articles/14070247737499#gl-edit)を見ても、[リリースノート](https://forum.asana.com/t/2022-1/149850)や特に[アンバサダー限定の投稿](https://forum.asana.com/t/upcoming-product-update-group-by-time-period-and-new-filter-in-charts/142575/6)を見ても、Starter/Premiumから使えそうなことしか書いてありませんね。  
社内で確認します！
