My team has archived projects but it looks like tasks with assignees and dates keep popping up in the my tasks areas and searches. How can we reduce this from happening?
Great question, @Amanda_Urena. If tasks are still incomplete, assigned, and have due dates, they will continue to pop up in your My Tasks list.
To help with this, first we recommend reviewing the project to identify anything left to do before archiving it to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. After you’ve done this, you can multi-select the tasks in the project (click the first, hold shift, and click the last) and then bulk action them to either complete them, unassign, and/or remove the due dates.
