Appointed as Admin, but still getting messages that I need to upgrade.

My boss appointed me as Admin but I’m still blocked from certain features and it is telling me that I need to upgrade.

I got the following message in Asana:
“To review, click on your photo icon in the top right corner. Please mark this task complete when you approve of these changes.”

But I don’t see anything I can approve like on the screenshots I came across when I was googeling for this issue… in the admin panel it says I am an admin.

What’s the solution?

Could you please share a screenshot of the message you’re seeing?

Could you also verify if you’re connected to the correct Organisation? You can verify this by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner of your screen - > https://asana.com/guide/help/fundamentals/about-asana#gl-switch
