We have automations that start with a backlog where requests for projects are gathered for the PMO to review. Upon approval, the request automatically converts to a project, closing off the initial request and gets assigned to a portfolio. For repeatable style projects ( ie new office builds) I’d like to be able to apply the project template once the project space has already been created ( as this carries over information and data points from the request including a Project code, key resources etc) This isn’t something I can do once a project has already been created.
