When sharing a project or agenda through a public link, external viewers can see the overview, but they cannot open a task and read the full details unless they log in or are added as guests.
It would be very useful to have a project-level toggle that allows people with the public link to open task details in read-only mode.
Use case: we manage events in Asana and would like our Security team (or external suppliers) to consult event details directly from a shared agenda, without needing guest accounts or manual follow-up.
This would help reduce duplicate communication, improve operational workflows and make public links much more useful for teams working with external or non-Asana users.
