My suggestion is to enable audio recording of messages and/or notes within the platform.
For example, I have an Asana folder to send blog topic ideas and instructions to my copywriter and I always send those as audio and it’s so much much more work to record and then attach compared to doing it directly within the platform. Would also make answering messages and adding notes and tasks much easier when done from a phone (at least for slow typers like me)
