Allow Asana administrators to update users email addresses

Hi there,

We will soon be changing the domain name for all our users. However, as administrators, we are unable to update user profiles in Asana—this must be done by the users themselves, which is highly inconvenient, especially since some are currently on vacation.

Additionally, we need to contact Asana’s support team to add new domain names, whereas we should be able to manage this independently (for example, by creating a DNS entry to verify domain ownership).

Could you provide Asana administrators with more control over these functions?

I’m fairly certain you can add/remove associated domains in the Admin Console without requiring Asana’s support.

Thank you !
I tried to handle it myself, but to add a domain you need to fill out a form (email domain form) that will be reviewed by Asana’s support team.
