Admins in Enterprise and Enterprise+ subscriptions can use the [admin announcement feature.](https://help.asana.com/s/article/admin-announcements)

Other workarounds are to have [an “all-staff” team](https://forum.asana.com/t/organization-wide-messaging/891250/2) or project.
