Hi all 
The starting point: Did you know that AIT memory is a combination of all its users memories, and not all memory is visible for the AIT admins.
A memory is only visible to users who already have permission to view the source task. For example, if a Teammate creates a memory from a private task, a colleague who cannot see that task will not be able to see the memory, even if they have full access to the Teammate.
My issue: When a Teammate is acting wrong, or when I’m done testing and want a clean slate, I would like to reset it. But today I can only clear what it learned from me, click by click. And everything it picked up from other users and that I don’t see stays.
So the Teammate keeps behaving in ways I can’t see the origin of, and can’t remove.
What already exist: proactive admin config
This is useful but doesn’t solve my problem if I still want to benefit from others’ memories.
What I’d like:
- One action, admin side, that resets a Teammate’s full memory.
- A confirmation step, obviously.
Right now the only reliable way to get a clean Teammate is to build a new one and redo the Skills. If you have a better way, please share
