In the admin console, I would like to create a filtered list of only the users with the new AI licenses. However, unlike the Timesheets & Budgets licensing, the AI licensing filters do not work. When I toggle it on, no users are selected, and if I toggle it and another license type there is no change.
When I toggle it on, no users appear, when I know there should be at least ten including myself.
And when I toggle on the Enterprise+ license it grabs both people with and without the AI add-on, which is the circled icon.
Am I doing something wrong, or is it just not working?
Hi @Amelia_Howe ! You’re not doing anything wrong here, based on your screenshots and what you’re seeing, the AI license filter in the Admin Console isn’t behaving as expected. I work at Asana and Ive passed this on to our team so we can investigate.
A couple quick checks while we look into it:
- Hard refresh and try another browser or a private window
- Toggle the AI filter off/on and confirm no other filters are applied
- If you can, export your member list and see if AI add-on shows up correctly there
