For me, My Tasks just turns into one big pile where everything looks the same — hard to work from.
What actually works is: check today’s tasks first, then scan across the ~20 projects I’m involved in to spot what’s important. It’s less about task volume and more about having a structure that surfaces priority, rather than a flat list of everything.
That’s part of why I’m hoping Dash can help with this kind of surfacing.
