Advanced Plan and authoring and using custom rules

Beginner question. My client needs something along the lines of:

If due date is past 2 days - change Escalation tag to ‘OverDue Priority’

I think I know how to do this but it appears I cannot create Custom Rules without the Advanced Plan. I’m assuming I’m the only person that needs Advanced … meaning I create the Custom Rules but then others (without the advanced plan) can implicitly use them.

@David_Swearingen Based on the Rules article, you should be able to create rules with conditional logic starting with the Starter plan. I’m not 100% sure about this, but I think if you have Advanced and you created the project and its rules, everyone should be able to trigger those rules, regardless of their plan.
