Administrator Privilege for Free/Premium Teams version

We have a premium team and two free teams in our organization. We recently downgraded from a premium org because we wanted to add more members of our org, but could not rationalize the cost for the level of functionality & access they needed. Because of this we lost our Administrator privilege (only available in Premium Org). We’ve now lost the ability to have a Program Manager strategically overseeing all projects and controlling permissions in the system.

Assuming it was reasonable, we would likely pay for this feature, but do not find that it’s worth the additional cost to upgrade ALL TEAMS in our org to premium, especially when they do not need that level of access/functionality. We would essentially be paying more than twice as much just to get the administrator feature back.

Notice how silent Asana has been on this question? Yeah, totally unacceptable. The creator of a free account should, by default, has BASIC LEVEL administrator option… not premium, basic, as in doing just what you asked and being able, at the least, to moderate task comments/posts. Sure, I accept that they can have a business model that have premium v. free features, but BASIC security should NEVER come at a premium.
