Admin access

Dear Team,

Please advise how do we which user has admin right? My organisation is currently using the free version for trial but we are planning to move to the Premium plan soon.

Also, we have a domain issue for Asana.

Two years ago, the company started using Asana but the team was different. Now, we have started using the platform again but with a new team.

We are unable to remove the previous team members. Please advise.

As it stands, all users has the same right and access within a free Organisations since there isn’t an owner or an Admin.

Admin features comes with a Premium/Business/Enterprise plan. You can learn more about it in the following Guide article: https://asana.com/guide/help/premium/billing#gl-admin

Regarding your previous team, you should be able to remove each team member following these instructions: https://asana.com/guide/help/organizations/basics#gl-free-depro
