is there a way to change the workweek and weekends? We have part of our team that has Friday and Saturday off, however it is default on Asana the Saturday and Sunday are off. Is it possible to switch that?

Yes, this can be adjusted at the user level.
Click on your avatar / profile photo in the top right corner and choose settings.
Go to the Display tab and for first day of the week, choose Saturday. Yes, it’s strange but it will make Sunday the first working day of your week, leaving Friday and Saturday as the weekend.
