It has been several years of seeing these and they still delight me. I got a narwhal and something else went by so fast I missed it. I think it was an otter. Regardless, even if it were a sparkly explosion every so often I would enjoy it. Please don’t get rid of it & just let folks that don’t like it turn it off. It brings joy to my day. :sparkles:

We are almost never getting celebrations anymore. Did something happen to this?

Hey @Stephen_Phillips2, sorry to hear the celebrations are missing! No changes have been made to these features on our end recently.

Could you try testing Asana in an incognito browser to see if they reappear? I’d also recommend double-checking these two settings:

  • Settings > Hacks:Check if “Extra Delight”* is toggled on (this controls the unicorns and creatures)
  • Settings > Display: Check if “Show occasional celebrations” is enabled (this controls seasonal and special event animation)

Will there, or can there be a way to customize the celebration animations so that you can upload your company’s logo or animations that tie in?

Right now, the “Extra delight” feature for characters only works on regular “tasks” in Asana, but my whole project, which has about 27 people working in it, uses a custom task type. So we are all missing out on this wonderful and fun feature

The characters seem to have disappeared completely from our tenancy. Even with “extra delight” turned on. We want narwhals! We want narwhals!
