I suggest to add new guests to Asana
Add them to specific project or task not to team
Because we add new guests to team they can change the privacy of team ( make it public or change the name beside add other guests to team )

Actually I learnt this information after adding some guests to my Team and it’s hard to remove them
so it was a lesson to me

from my small experience as an admin in Asana for 2 years
I don’t use this way to remove any member or guest
usually I sing in to the account of user that I want to remove it and add the person who will take his tasks from our tasks he is follow up in because some time some members add other members as collaborator in task in project that they are not in it
