Adding a new email and removing the original

I originally created my Asana account with my personal email and now have my work email I need to replace it with. I need add my work email before removing my personal but every time I try to add it I get the error message “You must login to Google with an email address associated with this account”. I saw another thread that suggested I log out of my Google accounts which I did but to no avail.

This is actually an issue you can solve easily from your account. When you see

you need to enter the credential of the email address already tied to your account (so in your case, your personal one). You can learn more about it in the following article from our guide:
