I am shocked at the limitations of the text editor in Asana. This is the most basic feature, like adding headings (heading 1, heading 2…) in the description box of each task. Currently we are writing all our instructions and processes in Google docs since the text editor in Asana is so basic that we can’t even have headings or hyperlinks with anchor text instead we have to paste the entire URL which is ugly.
Process.st has a beautiful text editor that allows to create very nice processes, embed images and videos etc and so do many other PM software. I really hope this feature is added in Asana otherwise we are switching to process.st or clickup.com that also has a rich text editor.
