Add Custom Fields to Project Settings (Not the project tasks)

:light_bulb: Hello - I have created a new Project Template that appears to carry over 2 custom fields from the default or another project template. I want to add more custom fields at the PROJECT SETTINGS level - not in the project. I have not come across a way to do that, edit template does not appear to give me the option to edit this area. How do I change / Update these fields? Thank you

Custom fields at the project level (what you’re asking about) are defined with the Customize (aka Workflow) button in portfolio(s) that the project has been added to, like the one shown at the top of your red box in the screenshot.
