Ability to Remove the "AI Summary" box from the Project Overview tab

Adding my voice here.

I don’t like the AI summary, and I want to get rid of it.

I wouldn’t mind a subtle button to add it, but this block takes up half of a full HD screen on 125% scaling, which is common enough for people working on laptops.

My purpose for the overview is to brief people on the context and idea behind a project.

Even without a project description, this block pushes the project members off the screen.

I feel it’s far too prominent and certainly shouldn’t carry more priority real estate than the project description.

But there’s actually a potential design pattern for this just yonder at the top of the Asana Inbox (I think it’s an A/B test):

Benefits for everyone, though everyone doesn’t get 100% of what they want:

  • Still prominent enough to satisfy those, including Asana, who want it front and center
  • Far smaller than current
  • Easily dismissable

Not perfect, but better.

Thank you for this workaround, months later. Implemented because that box is that annoying!
