Ability to deactivate my account.

I created an account on this website to test if it works for me.

It didn’t.

Since I am still receiving promotional spam from for which I unsubscribed many times now, I would like to definitely deactivate my account. However, I can’t find any option to do so in my preferences. (It was a huge pain to get to my preferences in the first place, since I was getting a pop-up when opening the app telling me I had to choose a plan, making me unable to get into preferences).

Please, just let your users deactivate their accounts from the service you don’t provide.

You can deactivate your account by following the steps here:

Managing your account settings | Product guide • Asana Product Guide

If you are being prompted to select a plan, you can chose the free, Basic version of Asana to proceed. Once this is done, you can access your profile settings to deactivate your account.
