Workflow Builder has been a game changer for our customers, especially for helping guide them through how to build out a workflow. One question I’ve been getting a lot since the introduction of WB tool is “I love this workflow view, can I save/manage/export this as a Business Process Map?”.
As we know, BPM is a critical requirement for most businesses, with organisations putting significant investment into process excellence, frameworks, tools and process transformation.
It would be immensely valuable if there was a built in process mapping framework, process management, centralised process map storage, and exporting functionality in conjunction with WB! Think tools like Lucidchart etc. From there, we can help customers embed Process Owner and Manager methodology, and having approved process maps (along with the process itself) right here in Asana
