Ability, to check Out-of-Office (OOO) state of a user or team in rules

There are some use cases where you need to be able to check the absence status of specific employees or teams within a rule as part of a condition.

Ideally, you would be able to select an employee or, alternatively, a team in a dedicated interface and set the status that should apply (present or absent) for that employee or team. If the result matches the condition, the condition is met. Using the available logical operators, you can then link several of these rules together.

Furthermore, if it were possible to set the OOO status for a user or a team via a corresponding action, that would also be helpful (e.g., when transferring relevant information from external sources).
