The [new sort options within the Team Overview page](https://forum.asana.com/t/introducing-new-options-to-organize-your-project-list-on-the-team-page/798306) appear to not ignore emojis (when they are used at the start of project names) when sorting projects by the new sort options ‘A-Z’ or ‘Z-A’.

**It would be useful for the sorting order to ignore emojis and instead lookup the first letters in the project name to sort alphabetically, ascending or descending.**

This is a similar issue to this: [Ignore emojis when sorting projects alphabetically](https://forum.asana.com/t/ignore-emojis-when-sorting-projects-alphabetically/687743).

All hail for using emojis in Asana 💪
