A way to set an email that receives invoices that is separate from a member.

Maybe there is a way to do it but it doesn’t seem obvious to me. But a billing email address really doesn’t justify taking up an entire paid Asana seat.

That is a great question. It is required to have an Asana account in order to be the billing owner of the Organization but it is possible to set a different email address to receive Asana invoices.

To do this, the current billing owner of your Organization should reach out to our Support Team authorazing this change and providing the new email address to be set for this purpose.
