2FA Reset

Hello,

I am running into an issue as an admin where a member of my team needs their 2FA reset. We currently do not have Enterprise licensing and this user does not have access to the phone they originally tied 2FA to. I assume I will need to contact support to get assistance with this but wanted to post here first.
