General Rules
To participate in the Asana Community Countdown to the New Year: Journey to 2026 Scavenger Hunt (“Scavenger Hunt”), find and collect the seven fortunes that appear in our Asana Phoenix color in the Countdown to the New Year series, then submit this form with the fortunes you’ve found.
Scavenger Hunt Period
The Scavenger Hunt begins on January 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. PST and ends on January 8, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. AoE (Anywhere on Earth) (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted after the Contest Period will not be eligible.
Eligibility
The Scavenger Hunt is open to registered members of the Asana Community Forum who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Asana, Inc. (“Asana”), its subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person are not eligible to participate. The Scavenger Hunt is void where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary to enter and purchasing a product will not increase your chances of winning.
Prize
Asana swag worth an estimated value of up to USD $30 or a virtual voucher for up to USD $30.
How to Enter
To submit a “Qualified Entry,” eligible persons must:
- Locate the seven (7) designated “Phoenix Fortunes” hidden within the “Countdown to the New Year” forum series;
- Complete the official Phoenix Fortune Scavenger Hunt Submission Form; and
- Accurately list the text of all seven (7) Phoenix Fortunes.
Only fully completed entries submitted via the Phoenix Fortune Scavenger Hunt Submission Form are eligible. Fortunes shared in Forum comments are not considered valid entries. Although minor typos, capitalization, or punctuation differences will not disqualify an entry, submitted text must still unmistakably match the Phoenix Fortune messages from the source posts.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Scavenger Hunt.
Winner Selection and Notification
Ten (10) winners will be selected via a randomized draw from the pool of all Qualified Entries and will be notified by (1) email, using the email address provided in the Phoenix Fortune Scavenger Hunt Submission Form, and (2) via a post in the Asana Community Forum on or around January 9, 2026 identifying winners by their Forum Usernames. Winners will need to provide a shipping address and possibly a phone number (if required by carrier) to receive their prize.
Prize Restrictions
Limit of one (1) prize per person/household. All prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made available, except at Asana’s sole discretion. Asana will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Asana reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Each prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income. No more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these rules will be awarded. All prizes will be awarded.
Conditions
By participating in the Scavenger Hunt, entrants and prize winners agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Asana, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. Asana reserves the right: (a) to disqualify permanently from this Scavenger Hunt any entrant it believes has violated these rules; and (b) to verify eligibility of entrants.
By participating in the Scavenger Hunt, entrants and prize winners release Asana and its employees, directors, officers, agents from any and all liability or damages with respect to or arising out of participation in the Scavenger Hunt and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the Scavenger Hunt. This Scavenger Hunt is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to any conflict of laws provisions.
Use of Data
All information collected from entrants in connection with their participation in the Scavenger Hunt will be handled in accordance with Asana’s Privacy Statement, which can be found at Asana Privacy Statement • Asana. Information will be shared with our fulfillment partner for prize delivery purposes.
